Scurrying around recent field recordings, vinyl and voicemails, all of the tracks were recorded live from a SP303 sampler straight to cassette. Over a period of about two weeks, GG produced and spent time relaxing, reflecting and reminiscing his travels. A friend said to visit the restaurant next door. An acquaintance at the wine shop recommended the market near the river. A stranger said to make it calmer. Train stations, markets, old and new vinyl, café con leche and Rioja all provided the inspiration for Tell Me.
